Implantation low pregesterone early spotting... Any thoughts.

I started spotting on day 19 of my cycle which is really abnormal for me. What are you experience with implantation bleeding.. I'm trying not to get my hopes up or have made up pregnancy symptoms in my head. I'm also afraid that I may just have low pregesterone because I do spot some months a day or two before my period but never on day 19.
