I've looked multiple times, and it could be spider veins, or light stretch marks. They just randomly came. I'm 2 weeks away from my due date ! And they just randomly came. But if you look up spider veins on stomach it could possibly be it

Spider veins. Stretch marks on the tummy would be in a slanted, up and down pattern.
