Lactating

So I started Quartette on the 20th and it was great! Then I got super sick, was throwing up, and noticed my breaks would secrete this pus-like substance. So, I asked my mom what the heck was going on and she said I was lactating, but that it's normal. 5 days later, I'm still trying to empty out the little bumps around my nipples and on them. Can anyone help explain what's going on and what I should do? I have scabs all over them from trying to drain it. It burns like a mf after I try to drain them.
