I'm 17 and pregnant.

Yesterday I found out I'm pregnant, I took a test after being 4 days late, since I'm not showing any symptoms I just knew it was going to come out negative, It didn't. I don't know how to tell the father or my family. He is not my boyfriend, we are together but I'm not sure if he wants something serious. Any advice on how to tell him and what to do? He lives away, he is in the country only 4 months a year so, I'll be on my own raising the baby. My father is the most strict person on this earth, he will probably faint and ground me to even leave the house. I'm a senior, I'm graduating in November. Helpp
