Serious backache
So I'm only 10 weeks and yesterday I woke up with a sore neck/upper back and it's even worse today. I keep putting the heating pad on it but I can barely move my neck. First off is this normal in early pregnancy? And what can I do to ease the pain? I thought I couldnt do massages until the second trimester. Any suggestions?
