Breathless

Hi guys, im almost 22 weeks now and I cant say i did much sport since I became pregnant, but i used to be pretty fit before. I still swim one hour a week and bike to and from the train station+other small things. The other day i decided to do some prenatal yoga at home and whereas the exercises were very simple for the un-pregnant me, now I could barely reathe all through the 35' it lasted. I am terribly out of shape!! When i wasnt pregnant i could run 5km without any practice...
