Period is 2 days late and pregnancy tests are showing up negative! Anyone have any ideas?

Same thing happened with my first, turned out I was 11 weeks. And I think I'm going through the same thing, I'm 10 days late. So I'm going to get a blood test done at the doctor's. You might not have the hormone that shows you're pregnant
