We don't because my daughter isn't even 3 months and there's no reason a baby that young would need water (unless a pediatrician advised to do it to help constipation). Breastmilk is over 80% water anyways. Older babies are ok to get a tiny bit when learning to drink from a cup or eating solids but they shouldn't have much. We'll probably just give expressed breastmilk at that point though.

Nope. He didn't get water until 12 months. We didn't try solids until 8ish months but he didn't start eating them until almost 14 months. Breastmilk has everything they need and is mostly water which makes it pointless to give. Even when you do start solids, you can give it mostly to play with, since you're supposed to give breastmilk first then food.

My pedi requires her EBF Mamas to give their LO's vitamin d drops. Sure enough every day she gets hiccups. So I wait to give her the drops then in a slow stream bottle and mix with about 1/4 oz of water. Helps her get the drops AND gets rid of hiccups. Just a little trick my LC gave me! It's only a tiny bit and only when needed. Otherwise, no water just breast milk.
