Pregnancy constipation - the struggle is real!
Ladies! I know constipation during pregnancy is a common problem, but I'd like to know how you all combat this issue! Home remedies that work? Etc...
Also, I've noticed that when I'm NOT constipated, it is (sorry for TMI!) diarrhea-ish. Anyone else have this problem too? I'm only around 5 weeks, and I can't believe these issues are already happening!
