Help! 😭

So, I started my period yesterday. (A week early) It started with just a little bit of spotting and now I have to change my tampon every 45 minutes and I am having what looks like lots and lots of clots. There was a "clot" that looked like skin! I've been having terrible cramps and back pain. Worse than any period ever. I know I'm not dying lol. But was it a miscarriage?
