10 weeks and bleeding

today when I woke up and went to pee there was some blood when I wiped. it wasn't bright red but it was brown either. I waited it out because I had a doctors appointment today and the doctor told me it should be okay and to cal if it gets worse. I haven't had any cramping and it's not bleeding out, it's only there when I wipe. I'm trying not to stress but I can't help it. also at the appointment they tried to hear a heartbeat but couldn't. he said it's still to early but that didn't put my mind at ease. 😒😢
