Possibility of pregnancy?

Hi I'm 7dpo been feeling sick since about 3dpo, sore breasts at night for the past 3 nights, soooo tired all the time and dull hot lower back pain for the past few days, I have had 2 pregnancys in the past year one mc and one was ectopic and had my left fall tube removed, experiencing the same symptoms as when I had the ectopic, in August so scared has anyone had these symptoms and had a successful pregnancy? Not that I'm pregnant although I feel it...xx

Best thing I can advise is to stop thinking about it so much ... your getting obsessed with symptoms ... I know the feeling ! I had all the symptoms I even had a false positive test ! which made be obsess even more ... just relax hunny stop reading so much into things stop symptom checking and relax ... we will all be blessed at some point I had a mc 10th Nov I ttc straight away ... I think I was imagining symptoms kidding myself my other half has told me straight ... he's always right we arnt charting we arnt using opk's we are now officially going with the flow only get excited when your period doesn't come  xx

Most pregnancy information that I have learned says that 1-6dpo can not be counted on as reliable for pregnancy symptoms or tests because the baby has not implanted. So you definitely could be pregnant, but even 7dpo is too early to tell!

They also say that all symptoms between ovulation and your period are regular monthly symptoms, you simply do not notice them until you are TTC. So keep taking your prenatals and keep on hoping :)

I know it is scary after a loss, but if we have to learn anything from going through something like that, it should be patience, and keeping calm in a stressful situation.
