Baby carrier recommendations?? Need something for hiking

I have a Moby wrap for baby wearing around the home and doing grocery shopping and what not. But I want a sturdier carrier for hiking and walking the dog. I am overwhelmed by how many different kinds there are. I just want something simple! With good shock absorption for hiking so baby wont be bouncing around too much.

My husband and I got the Osprey Paco Premium child carrier for our little one from REI. It's amazing! It has a ton of compartment space and a removable backpack, so there was room to pack things for the baby and things I needed like snacks and water. It also has a shade built right into the pack that is retractable and tucks away when not needed. My husband is 6'4" and I'm 5'8" and converting the pack between our two sizes was really easy. It also stands on its own when you take it off.
