Weight Gain

Lately I've been super depressed about myself. I currently weigh 212 lbs and it's so disgusting. When I stepped on the scale today I wanted to vomit. My eating habits have been lazy and crappy so hopefully today was a wake up call. I'm going to give up soda and bread all together for now. And I'm also going to add workouts into my daily routine. Even if it's just dancing around for 10 minutes.  I have to do something about this.  It's so depressing!!! I've never even had a baby yet.  I hate this. Any one have any advice? I'm so depressed.
