Baby has small head..

I got an ultrasound because my baby was measuring small (16th percentile in her previous ultrasound) they found that she grew and was measuring in the 34th percentile. However, they noticed her head was measuring small. They thought it was a wrong measurement so I had another ultrasound today. The ultrasound tech told me that her head is measuring in the 3rd percentile.
