My children had baby acne. That looks very similar.

Use dreft laundry detergent for his clothes, cloths & anything he lays on. If you lay his face on your shoulder, put a cloth washed in dreft as well. It's easiest to just wash everyone's stuff in dreft, but that can get expensive to some people. Also, use aveeno oatmeal bath for babies to bathe him in. (Nurse who worked in pediatric office) good luck!

First of all your baby is so precious! Secondly congrats! Lol but it's baby acne 😊 my so. Had it as well I freaked out and took him to the ER thinking something was wrong lol I'm sure the nurses were laughing at me but I didn't care if rather be safe than sorry 😜 it's very common as I found out though no worries 😊 I was told to put some baby lotion on him to keep his skin from drying out but other than that it goes away on its own 😊 it was completely gone after a few weeks 😊

Yes newborn acne is soo common :) it  clears up when they get a bit older :)

Looks like erythema toxicum aka baby acne to me. It can be all over the body & usually lasts just a few weeks but babies can get it up until 4 months. Super common.

My son had it his first few months, my doctor made me chnage his bath soap & lotion to cetaphil and he never got it again. It got so bad that the bagger lady at the commissary asked what was wrong with my baby. We have super sensitive skin in my family so everything has to be dye and fragrance free.
