The Diva Cup and my Flow

I honestly have only used the diva cup for 2 cycles and it has already brought harmony to my life. I was so scared to get so personal with myself. After breathing and telling myself that it won't hurt. I relaxed and success. I had a worry free and waste free menstural cycle. That was the main reason I bought the diva cup. I was always worried about the chemicals in tampons and pads. I am 26 and want a healthy enviorment for my future baby's womb. Yes there are chemical free feminine products. But that brought my second worry the waste. I hated looking in the trash and seeing money being thrown away. It almost made me turn to the free bleeding movement. But I decided against it. 🙊 so ladies I understand the struggle and can say the diva cup has made me a better woman and member of the world.
