Baby is gone.
Today at 8wks 3 days I found out my baby is gone. I had some cramping and spotting then went for a scan where the sonographer found a gestational sac but no embryo or yolk sac. Now I'm waiting for a further confirmation scan next week. If I don't miscarry naturally over week, the hospital will take care of it for me.
I'm heartbroken.
