I'm 18 and on a birth control patch, but to be extra cautious I always use condoms. Today the condom broke for the first time in my life, and I've never been more anxious and panicked before. Immediately after sex we went to the store and bought emergency contraception (next step) and I took it 30-60 minutes after the accident. I'm extremely nauseous hopefully just because of my anxiety. I've taken plan b a few times before and have never had any issues with it. I might just be worrying myself sick. Would you say that I'm fine and overreacting or I have an issue I should address immediately? Thank you so much!!
