I ran out of my pill Monday night and had unprotected sex Sunday night. Is there a possibility I could be pregnant and how high is the chance.?

Do you mean that you started taking your sugar pills?? 
If you've been taking your pill everyday around the same time for 7-30 days (check your pamphlet for exact days) you'll be fine. If you skip a pill though, it's like starting over
