Unsure if my water just broke???

I was sitting on the side of my bed this morning and noticed about a 3" wet area when I got up. Not thick at all, no smell. But no more leaking since. Can part of your water break???

You actually can't leak amniotic fluid without your water being broken, they're the same thing. And it is possible for it to stop when you stand because the baby's head acts as a stopper or a cork to the opening. But when you sit you should leak again.

You can leak fluid! There can be a slow drizzle or a hush if it is your water you need lay down for 30 min when you get up if you feel a fish then it's your water or if you can't do that put a panty liner on if it fills up in a short time it's more then likely your water! If it's concerning to you I'd call my dr and see what they want you to do.

Yep sounds like your water broke call or get checked by Dr just to be sure

If your water broke it wouldn't stop and most likely would have blood in it, you probably just peed yourself
