Hello all as of yesterday I am single. Me and my ex entered a rough patch because he lied to me and then he blew up on me in a petty fight. He Skyped me last night and let me know he didn't want to be in a relationship anymore. This was just after I told him my grandfather is having his chest cut open again to put in a new pacemaker. His reason for breaking up with me was our petty fight. He told me this. Our fight was literally me acting jokingly mad about something really dumb and he went off on me. He didn't realize I was kidding but wouldn't have it when I tried to explain myself. He hung up on me midsentece so I feel like I have way more to say. I purged him as much as I could from my phone but I kept his number. Should I text him sometime and wrap things up? We dated for one year and this was extremely abrubt. I honestly was thinking about ending things too but I feel like we owe it to each other to wrap this relationship up and put it to bed instead of what happened.
