How Do you calculate baby age - by weeks/ days of the month ?

If my baby was born on 5/29, then on 7/29 he would be 2 months old right? So 8 weeks? But the glow app says on 7/29 he's 8 weeks 6 days. Which is correct?

I go by the day of birth each month

There are seven days in a week. 28 days in four weeks. Therefore, February is the only month that has exactly four weeks in the month. Every other month is four weeks, plus a few days. So, yes, two months for your baby is eight weeks and six days.

I was confused too. I was told you either go by the day(months) or weeks not both.
