Teen checkup + sex life???

I know that doctors will, at some point during the annual checkup, ask if you are sexually active. I haven't had sex since like May and don't plan on partaking in that activity any time soon. So what do I tell the doc?

Even if you had sex a few months ago, you are a still sexually active. They need to know that when doing your pap smear

You get yearly checkups...? Is that an American thing since I've seen a few posts like this and about doctors doing intimate examinations as part of a regular checkup, is that normal?

I would tell them just to be on the Safe side. You will still want to be screened for STDs just in case 🙂

Mention it, you can tell them when the last time was or just leave it at your active.
