High expectations
Hi
So I came off the pill last month, ready to start a family, after being on it for 15 years.
I haven't been feeling right for the past couple of weeks so have just done a test the day before Glow says my period is due to find its negative.
I am a bit gutted but feel silly for being so - did I expect it to happen straight away?! I'm now stressing that there is maybe something wrong with either of us.
typing this out makes me realise I'm being a bit irrational but I now can't stop thinking 'why aren't I pregnant?'.
I guess I am just after any advice and conversation to make me feel better.
