Please comment ways you made money while staying home. I'm stuck at home until after the baby is born (next year, I'm already painfully bored) and maybe a few months after.
I 75% need something to do and 25% want to contribute to the household income.

I may be wrong but I think it's really hard to make a decent amount of money from home. All of the pyramid companies will try to sell you and say they made a million dollars from home selling makeup or essential oils but in all reality the person that just does it part time makes very very little... Then spends most of it on the products they require you to order every month. I'd say if u wanna work, work for something to do, not really to make money. That baby will keep you plenty busy!

Be a couponer you can coupon enough to sell some of the things to . You will be helping out in the household and busy 24/7 I coupon with my mom and have gotten everything I needed from coupons plus some! It's pretty fun to me. Hope I helped.

I babysit kids from my home, but that was just recently. I also have an etsy shop where I sell homemade soaps, facial scrubs, body butters and crafts.

I don't know what you do, but there is upwork.com used to be elance.com or freelancers... Anyway. I don't know what your skills are or your experience, but my partner uses it and I have known many use it and it brings them work, money, & experience. I know that sounds so cheesy & promotion like, but from the people I have known who use it, they have done well, not millionaires, but it helps pay the bills with a little leftover to put in savings. My partner currently only uses the free version, you can upgrade to premium but he didn't feel the need to do that starting out since he is also currently full time. Being new to it, I wouldn't  pay til you get used to the site & learn more about it. Than you can decided whether it's for you.

There are forums for advice. There are tests that the site like language skills, computer skills, coding, web design, etc. it all depends on your field or speciality. There's a lot on this site to explore & I have started an account as well. my health has prevented me from working or moving from bed as much as I wish to. I try to be as self reliant as possible.
