I'm not sure this is where I post this.. I'm 8 weeks and 1 day pregnant waiting for my appointment for my obgyn , I'm worrying about everything I do , if my baby's okay ,if im not over working myself is there any advice to help me calm my nerves while i wait for my appointment.
