That's your belly. There's much more inside than just the baby. You still have all of your organs and now your uterus is growing and so is the placenta. So the size of your belly will not be that of your baby. An ultrasound is needed, but even then they don't give an accurate weight and can be off by +/-1 to 2 pounds.
