Cramping but no period?

My period was supposed to start today or yesterday. I started cramping today but no blood. I have had a light period before, but the past few have been pretty heavy. Any ideas?

I had plenty of those and I went to the doctor and she said that I just had a lot of gas that I couldn't let out of my body sounds weird but that's what my doctor said so that could be a reason

If you're trying to conceive or could possibly be pregnant, it could be implantation. I remember having cramps for a few days right around when my baby was conceived.

Had the same thing. I was told your period can come a little late due to stress but will still have symptoms
