Stretch mark or ?

I'm delivering my baby tomorrow at 39.3 weeks (c-section due to breech). Today I woke up with this redness between my belly ring hole and belly button. Is that a stretchmark or what? It's not itching and I haven't worn my belly ring since 6 months.

I think that just happens to belly piercings, I think it's stretched scar tissue.

Looks like it. I have one that looks like that in the same spot. Put some scar gel over it throughout the day and it'll lighten and maybe go away

Appears to be. That's what mine looked like on that spot and it's the only one that I've got on my stomach.
