Have You Left A Job Over A Male Boss?

I quit my job after my boss harassed me, by calling and texting me, he called me Friday night 11 times drunk, then sent aggressive texts followed by 'nice' creepy ones. 
When I say I quit, I mean I didn't even show up. I didn't call. I still haven't called. 
I texted saying I would no longer return to work basically. I know that's a weak move but.. I felt so extremely uncomfortable, that I was crying uncontrollably for days in bed before I quit that following Monday. 
I wish I said I was being harassed, but his married with kids. I didn't want his wife to be hurt or to effect their kids. I'm so confused. 
I don't even know if I could do anything. 
It's a small business, with two other workers. The business is owned by two men. Which was one of my bosses that harassed me. 
I feel wronged because I loved my job.

You Need To Report It. if you don't the next women that comes along will get the same treatment. Save everything you can and write down everything you remember. I think it's time for you to find a lawyer. They can help guide you through this. You shouldn't quit!

Yes. I worked at a small cafe that was just the male boss and I on. He was very creepy and was very touchy feely. It was me extremely uncomfortable and I left almost straight after the first incident

Yeah I did before. He would send me drunk messages on Facebook telling me my name worked with his last name and all kinds of weird ones that I didn't even understand. I went to lunch one day and never went back. To make things worse he lived in the apartment complex right next to the one my boyfriend and I lived in. He never tried to come over thankfully but it was still weird.

You should report it I had a male boss harassing me calling me in the middle of the night or days I was off telling me what he was going to do to me when he got me alone in the back and scheduling me when it was only me and him working he was 50 and i was 19 and terrified another women who worked there overheard me telling a friend what was happening and she pulled me aside and told me to report him to management so I did there was a big investigation I was transferred to another store they fired the only guy who overheard some of the stuff he was saying to me and since he was fired he was no longer credible to the investigation I felt like it was along shot but I finally won in the end it was a long process but he was fired and banned from the store and not allowed to be anywhere around me!! So you definitely need to do something about him.

I recently quit my job. My boss had always been a verbally abusive man, just never to me. One night, for the first and only time, he yelled at me in front of a building of customers for a mistake he made. Called me an idiot, incompetant, stupid, ect. I worked consitantly well for the year I was employed by him and he completely humiliated me because he was caught up in a financial misunderstanding on his end. I knew I wouldn't enjoy my job after what he did, so I cut my losses and told his wife his behavior would be the reason she'd have to fill my shifts.

Yup just did. He wasn't creepy, just a sociopath control freak. HR did nothing. So I left and went to the competitor.
