My dad is hell bent on me getting rid of my three pit bulls. They super sweet and cuddly and have been around small children and puppies and never had an incident. Shoot, one of my dogs caught a live chicken in its mouth and did no damage, just wanted to play. They are well behaved and all you have to do is talk sternly and they all stop what they are doing immediately. I feel like my dad just doesn't understand that they're part of the family and yes it's going to be a lot of work that you don't just give up on them. Anyone have dogs with newborns and had an issue? Any positive stories?
