Have you been eating differently? I've noticed if I eat a good bit of fast food in a short period of time I'll get clusters of 2-4 zits. Drink lots of water and watch your food to see if it helps, if not it could be hormonal. Word of advice on treating them: don't squeeze them, especially if they don't have a head. Take a sterilized needle and CAREFULLY lance the head and gently apply pressure to clean out the pus. If you have some type of spot acne treatment (like benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid) put a dab on the zit you popped and some on the zits that didn't come to a head. I do this every time I get zits and I have no scarring from them.

Have you used bronzer recently? I broke out on that area when I used it a couple times. :/

It could be hormonal, dietary, or environmental! Try cleaning your phone screen and switching out your pillowcases and see if it makes a difference. They could be contaminated with oil and sebum. Hopefully that helps!
