Cramps/and sickness?

I didn't think cramps were so prevalent in pregnancy. They are very light, but still annoying. Anyone else surprised by this and experiencing it, or not experiencing it?

I'm also experiencing diarrhea instead of vomiting (so far). Anyone else? I haven't been to the doctors yet, I'm still really early, I think I'm 3-4 weeks.
