I'm 7 weeks pregnant today and I'm so nauseous. 2 days ago I ended up in the er because I either puked or dry heaved 26 times in one day and I was severely dehydrated. I take zofran and phenagrin (can't spell). I switch between the two. Zofran in the morning and during the day (so I don't get tired at work). And the other at night to help me sleep. But all it does is hold back the puke. But now it's like I feel like I'm going to puke every 5-10 minutes. I feel it in my throat and everything. Does anyone have any advice as to shake this?? Im to the point is rather just puke and get it over with but o don't want to be in the er again. Helllllppppp.
