My husband and I started trying yesterday and today I have had weird lower abdominal cramping/dull pain that hasn't gone away all afternoon and evening. I'm sure you can't have pregnancy symptoms the day after you conceive but I don't ever cramp before my period either. Any ideas? It's in my lower left abdomen. My period is supposed to start in 7-9 days.
