Period on vacation?

Question

I'm going on vacation on August 22nd and my period is supposed to start on the 23rd. I'm usually normal, rarely late. We are only going away for 4 days so I reallllyyy don't want to have my period the whole vacation... On the beach!!

Any way that I can delay my period??

I don't use tampons.. I never even tried. I'm scared of them lol

I was really nervous about tampons. But ky sister helped me out. And since I started using them its cleaner, shorter and less painful.

But right now I'm at boy  scout camp and just got mine. Tampons all the way.

If your flow is light /medium do regular and medium to heavy, super. There are super plus and if you think you might need those go right  ahead.

Over night: pads(overnight pads) or tampons if you would rather.

If you would rather not wear tampons all the time. Just wear them when you are swimming. 
Water! Water! Water!  Keep  active.

I would start birth control then. Go to your dr asap!
