Ketogenic Diet
I'm actually epileptic. It's controlled but recently my diet has been AWFUL. With my husband deployed and dealing with my two terrorist (yet so adorable) dogs, I've had zero desire to cook so it's been a lot of drive thru or subway. My wake up call was when the girl knew who I was based on the name of the order 😒 I have auras so I've felt an increase in some sort of seizure activity so right now I've upped my dose to what it was (we dropped it last year so I could get pregnant) and I'm not driving but would like to try and be on as little as medicine possible and need to get back to driving. So I'm going to give this a shot and see if it helps. Has anybody done this and if so what were your results?
