Is it okay to sleep "too much" while pregnant?
I am 13 wks along and all of sudden I'm just tired all the time even if I don't work anymore (I recently quit my job due to hazardous conditions that requires a lot of heavy lifting and bending over.) anyway, I always take a nap that seem like hours. I get tired around 3pm and would wake up around 5 then get my normal sleep at night 10pm-9am. I feel like I'm sleeping too much and I try to be active as possible. Can anyone else relate?
