I am 39 weeks and got checked today for the first time and my doctor told me I was not dilated yet. I bled  a decent amount after which my doctor saw and said was normal. Now 12 hours later I am having vaginal pains as well as a dark blood mucus come out when I go to the bathroom. Could this have stimulated things and maybe it's my mucus plug? Sorry I'm a FTM and have so many questions now at the end.
