I'm 13dpo and af is due today. I've been pretty regular for the last 6 months give or take a day or two. I started light spotting about 2dl days ago like I usually do when af is on the way. Today however I have been having dull unlike my normal cramps only on my left pelvis and become more constant an very very painful. I am currently 12 hrs away from home(going home tomorrow night. Should I wait it out and see how I feel in the morning, call my GYN in the morning or go to a local er?
