I didn't lose any weight after my son.. Was 200... Still 200.. Any tips on losing weight? I do breast feed and I wear him as well for weight but nothing seems to work ... I FEEL good but then I look at a picture of myself and I don't look good to me.. Any tips on how to lose the weight? .. I've attached the picture which probably isn't that bad but its not what I'm used to nor where I want to be
