EXTREME sciatica pain @ 31 weeks

Anyone else having extreme sciatica pain? I overdid myself cleaning yesterday and now I'm not even joking but I can hardly walk, sit up straight or stand. It's extreme pain. Any kind of pressure to my lower back I get the pain and I almost drop to the floor cause I have no control over the pain or muscle/nerves.

Can anyone suggest any remedies? Is anyone else going through this?

It's so bad, like if I just go to sit on the edge of my bed from laying down and I can't even do that I cry out in pain and have to lean forward or lay back down cause it's so intense. I even have to hold the wall and furniture as I walk cause every step is a challenge. I'm going on vacation in a few hours too so I want to be able to enjoy my trip:/
