Hi girls, does anyone have any advice about containing jealousy? I swear I go through fazes of being a jealous weirdo over nothing! I know my boyfriend wouldn't cheat or anything. But my jealousy is ruining us, I've been cheated on before and I think is ruined my opinion on men. Sometimes I'm crazy enough to look through his phone when he's not around and he found out once and flipped. There was nothing on there either I completely regret it and he's upset about it and it's broken his trust with me. How do I get that back and stop being so jealous?! He can just say a girls pretty and I feel gutted!
