What have you told your employer when your nauseous?

If they ask, have you said food poisoning?  Stomach bug?  I hate lying and may be about to call in sick. 😕

Yeah I had to tell my job I'm preggers because I've been so sick like constantly sick and can't come in. (I'm on the phone all day, aren't allowed to mute people or to do unnecessary holds) so my next option is to be sick in peace lol

Yep, just breathed through it and headed into work.  I got dizzy in the shower and the nausea was taking me over worse than I have experienced yet.  Just needed a little time.

You'll be calling off a lot if that's the reason you don't go. I'd just go to work. If you throw up you throw up.

I've had pretty bad nausea, I'm 8 weeks and haven't called in at all. I have thrown up at work but no one saw. I got the chance to run into the restroom first. I'm now wearing the sea band and it works. I haven't gotten sick at all. The only thing they've noticed is that I hardly eat now.
