Breastfeeding and Pumping
Hello June Moms!
This question is for exclusively bf and pumping moms.
I was wondering if you guys could all share what your regimen is for breastfeeding and pumping-I'm particularly interested in how long you are feeding your LO and how long you are pumping as well. Thanks!
As of now, I feed for 10-15 on each breast and then I'm pumping afterwards for 10 mins and get about 2-3 oz combined.
