Looks like baby acne or heat rash. Both totally normal!

My daughter had something similar. I thought it was acne too, or something she was allergic to in my breastmilk, but yesterday my doc said it could just be due to excessive oil on her skin causing the breakout, and suggested that when bathing her, lather good and let soap sit on skin for at least 30 seconds then rinse to help remove some of the oil.

Looks like heat rash maybe or just some other normal rash.  My son is 14 months and actually still randomly gets it on his tummy when he teethes or is fighting something off.
