From what I've read today and tomorrow are very telling temp wise. Your BBT will fall if you aren't pregnant. If it stays elevated then there's a good shot you are. Also if your CM is a "glue" type consistency. Thick and sticky that's a good sign too as it typically isn't right before AF :) good luck!!
