Only if your uterus tilts. I have a tilted uterus and according to my ob it is harder for the little swimmers to make the grand leap if you do and are on top.

Any position you can get pregnant if your ovulating.. So if your stood up, bent over, laid on your back. If your cm is fertile then sperm will easily swim in it
