What is going on?

o super sorry for the TMI. But I was wondering what this was?? I ended my period three days ago and have absolutely no spotting. I've had sex every day since I ended my period. Oh, and for some background knowledge, I got my mirena IUD taken out over a month ago. I am currently taking Vitex and urinary tract supplements. I have never had this happen before. The blood chunks/ clots filled up about three-four times what is listed in the picture. Before I call my doctor, I wanted to know if this is something serious or could be just a build up since on mirena I barely got my period.
